Leiden Blue Trams Roll Out for Oliebollen

THE HAGUE – On Sunday afternoon, December 22, 2024, the Hague Public Transport Museum (HOVM) will operate special rides with the two remaining historic Leiden Blue Trams, the A106 (1911) and A327 (1913). The journey begins at 2:30 PM at The Hague Central Station and concludes at the same location at 4:30 PM.

Along the way, the tram will stop at Voorburg Station, where passengers can enjoy hot chocolate, Glühwein, and, of course, traditional Dutch oliebollen. Tickets are €25 for adults and €12.50 for children under 12. Note: tickets are available online only, and with just 40 seats available, early booking is essential. Boarding takes place in Rijnstraat, near tram line 9.
